UNFULFILLED PROMISES. PREVENT LIFTING OF BLOCKADE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 12, 9.45 a.m.) ATHENS, March 11. Mr Lloyd George, replying to the President of the Athenian Bar, telegraphed that secret minelaying in the Corinth Canal and the activity of the Reservist Leagues had delayed the raising of the blockade, and justified the inference ..that the Greek Government's prodiscs had not ben fully carried out.
