The "Now York Times'* states that it lias evidence that 6000 Germans are plotting in Mexico. It is estimated that 2000 have left New York for Mexico since Count von Bemstorff's dismissal. German agents are collecting Avar taxes from German residents in America. A secret service investigation reveals the fact that $5,000,000, raised ostensibly for German relief, was really intended for propaganda work. The secret service is also investigating allegations that German money was used at the November elections to help p'roGerman legislators.
