LADY LIVERPOOL FUND.
SPREYDON. The monthly meeting of the Spreydon Liverpool Branch was held in the Council Chambers, Barrington Street, on Saturday evening, the president (Mis W. 11. Winsor) presiding. A deep vote of sympathy was passed in the usual way to Mr and Mrs Holland in the loss of their son at the front. Accounts to the amount of £25 18/were passed for payment. Mrs Winsor reported on the following goods having been sent to the Central Depot during February:—l2 balaclavas, 72 6anitary shirts,"2B pairs sox, 3 mufflers, 6 pairs slippers, 9 day shirts, £8 books, 21 pots jam, 20 suits pyjamas, 455 bandages (men's claws), 384 handkerchierfs, 50 housewives, 50 holdalls. The following donations were received :—Per Mrs Cotton £2 .1/9, per Mrs Taylor £l, per Mrs Campbell £1 5/0, per Mrs Tierney 14/-, per Mrs Walker £2 1/6, per Mrs Hammond £4 5/-, per Mrs Sykes 17/0, per Mrs Paull 17/-, per Mrs Winsor 15/-, Bazaar (Mrs Winsor) £2.
