IN EPIRUS.
AN ITALIAN SUCCESS. Renter's Telegrams. (Received February 12, 1.5 p.m.) ATHENS, February 11. It is reported that the Italians have occupied Ersella, the capital of the Colonia district in North Epirus, after engagements with Austrians and Albanians.
