BECKENHAM.

The monthly meeting of the Beckenha'm Residents' Association was held in Mr Peek's Hall on Monday evening. Members discussed freely the town hall project, and it was unanimously decided to ask the promoters of the Canterbury Hall scheme to address the residents of the district so that fue whole matter might be more fully ventilated before the poll is taken. The monthly meeting of the Beckenham School Committee was held on Tuesday evening, Mr \V. W. Charters presiding. Advice was received from the Education Board to the effect that Mr Maguiness having gone into camp, Mr H.
