Messrs Craddock, McCroslie Company, Ltd., report having sold by public auction:—On account of R. (). Duncan, Esq., the following lots in the "Coldstream Lodge" subdivision, situated at Fendaiton: Lot 3, contain-, ing about 3s acres, to Mr Swanston; lot 12, comprising bungalow and over J-acre, to Mr Lock; lot 11, containing over 5-acre, to the same buyer; lot 7, containing over ?>i acres, also lot (i, containing about 3i acres, to a client; lot 2, comprising about 22 acres, to a client. On account of the Public Trustee, in the estate of C. A. Muni, deceased: Superior bungalow property, situate on the Sea View Road, New Brighton, to Mr G, A. Payne. On account of Mr G. Mason: His superior residential property, situate on fhe Cashmere Hills, to Mr P. Brown. On account of Mr J. Atkinson: His farm, comprising 412 acres, more or less, situate at Glenroy, to Messrs Corry Bros. On account of Mr Young: Residential property, situate Gloucester Street, city, to Mr Gray. On account of the owner: Bungalow residential property, situated Sheldon Sireet, Radley, to Mr Eraser. On account of Mrs Baxter: Superior residential property, situate Rossali Street, Merivale, to Mr C. H. Orchard, jun. On account of Mr W. Allardyce: Fine building section, situate Strickland Street, Spreydon, to Mr W. Pickles. Having held a successful clearing sale on account of P. Olliffe, Esq., on the premises at Riccarton, of superior oak furnishings and effects. Also in our rooms, on Tuesday last, of superior furniture and effects. We beg to draw special attention to an important auction sale to be held on Thursday next on account of R. O. Duncan, Esq., of a superior residential property, situate at the corner of Holly Road and Onslow Street, St. Albans, together with the superior furnishings, piano, etc., etc. On Tuesday next, on the premises of Messrs Rhind and Co., shipping agents, Lyttelton, 2 cottage properties situate Nos. 59 and 61 Oxford Street, Lyttelton. On Tuesday, December 19, on account of Mrs H. V. Uren, on the premises, No. 36 Whiteleigh Avenue, Addington, superior residence, together with the practically new furnishings, 5-seatcr "Overland" motor car, etc., etc. On Thursday, December 21, in the estate of Richard Smith, deceased, two residences and vacant section, situate at the corner of Stanmore road and Hereford Street, Lini wood, together with a large assortI ment of photographic goods and effects.
