CABINET CRISIS.
THE NEW MINISTRY. MUCH SPECULATION. PROBABLE APPOINTMENTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, December 8. Mr Asquith will make a statement in the House of Commons on Tuesday. One of the first matters lo be ventilated will be the promised air-ser-vice discussion. It is unoflicially announced that Sir Robert B. I'inlay will be Lord Chancellor. LONDON, December !). The newspapers predict that Mr Bonar Law will become Chancellor of the Exchequer, with Mr S. S. Lever Financial Secretary, to relieve Mr Bonar Law of his chief work. Lord Derby will take the War Office, Mr Austen Chamberlain will become Secretary of Stale for India. Lord Milner will go to the Admiralty, Mr Walter Long will become Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr Albert Stanley will go to the Board of Trade, and Dr C. Addison will take control of the Ministry of Munitions. Lord Devonport • will become the Food Controller, and Sir Edward Carson will probably be a member without portfolio. The "Rail Mall Gazelle" states that Lord Milner will be a: member of the War Council without' portfolio, and that Sir Edward Carson has accepted the Admiralty.
