LINCOLN FLOWER SHOW
RECORD ENTRIES. The Lincoln Flower Show, held yesterday afternoon, was Ihc most successful function of its kind yet held. The entries, which totalled over 250, were a ecord, and the quality of the flowers shown was remarkably good. The proceeds of the show are to be divided between the Lincoln Red Cross Branch and the High School. The attendance was large and brisk business was done at the stalls. The judges were:—Mrj Humm, flowers; Mr A. E. Lowe J vegetables; Misses Scott and Rennie, cookery; Mrs Lockhead and Miss j Whitelaw, home industries; and Mrs Alexander and Mrs Morten, decorations.
