The "Handelsblad" states that Mr Asquith's resignation begins a new era. It is evident that with the sharpening of the blockade the troubles of neutral nations will he increased. PARIS, December 6. M. Clemenceau says that if Mr Lloyd George were excluded from the British Cabinet it Avould be worse than the loss of a battle.
