From Our Own Correspondent. The .second production of "lolanthe" hist eveuing attracted an overflowing audience, the "house full' sign having to be displayed some time before the performance started. The presentation of the opera was highly successful, and another good house for to-night's performance is assured. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, before Messrs G. W. Andrews ami W. Oakley, .LP's, the following were lined 20/- and costs for exceeding the speed limit over the bridge:—"Win. A. Power (10/0 costs), Lcn. Jvelcher (7/-), Wm. Ilelmau (7/-), ('has. 11. Hide (7/-), ,1. ('. Paget (7-), J. Cameron (7/-). Clayton fatten was lined i'.O/- with costs 7/'-. In the ,-ivil case, Mitchell and Turner v. M. Stack, judgment was for 11 10/and 10/- costs.
