BRITISH RESTRICTIONS.

WASHINGTON, December 5, The British Embassy has announced llial Great Britain is unable to guarantee bunker coal at any British port to any vessel which is not being utilised for the benefit of !he Allies. Officials believe that this will seriously embarrass American trade owing to the many essential coaling stations owned bv Britain.
