PEACE TALK.
MOVEMENT IN GERMANY.
Australian and V.Z. Cable Association.
NEW YORK, December 5

The correspondent quotes the "Berliner Tagehlalt" and the "Vossisehe Zeitung" as saying that the prospects of peace are brightening, but Count von Bevenllow distrusts a peace not secured through a German medium.
