ADMIRALTY CHANGES.

NEW BOARD SET UP. COMMODORE L. HALSEY INCLUDED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, December 5. It is officially announced that the new Board of the Admiralty will consist of the following Lords Commissioners:— Rt. Hon. A. J. Balfour, First Lord. Admiral Sir John Jellicoe, First Sea Lord. Vice-Admiral Sir Cecil Burney, Second Sea Lord. Rear-Admiral F. C. T. Tudor, Third Sea Lord and Comptroller. Commodore Lionel Halsey, Fourth Sea Lord. Earl of Lytton, Civil Lord. Rt. Hon. Sir Francis J. S. Hopwood, Additional Civil Lord. [The Board of the Admiralty before the present reconstruction consisted of.:—Mr A. J. Balfour (First Lord), Sir Henry B. .lackson (First Sea Lord), Vice-Admiral the Hon. S. A. GouKh-Caltborpe (Second Sea Lord), Rear-Admirai F. C. T. Tudor (Third Sea Lord), Captain Cecil F. Lambert (Fourth Sea Lord), with the same Civil Lords as at present. The Parliamentary and Financial Secretary to the Admiralty is the. Rt. Hon. Or T. J. Macnnmara.J
