IN EAST AFRICA.
PORTUGUESE ATTACKED. Reutcr's Telegrams. (Received December 7, 12.25 p.m.) LISBON, December 6. The Premier has announced that 2000 Germans and Askaris with guns of various calibres, attacked Neivelk, near the Mozambique frontier. There was a 12 hours' battle and a 12 days' siege. The garrison suceeede ! in retiring by night lime on November 28.
