SUCCESSES CLAIMED. PROGRESS IN RUMANIA. A. and X.Z. Cable Association and Reutir. (Received November 27, 12.10 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 26. A German communique states:— We raided trenches north-east of Beaumont Hamel, capturing British prisoners. We captured the Rimnik Valley, The Rumanians are slid stubbornly resisting, but the roads eastward of the Alt are crowded with fleeing baggage wagons. We are in touch with the forces which crossed the Danube. The latter are now before Alexandria.
