(Received November 25, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 24 Concerning Bucharest reports that Ihc enemy will attempt to cross the Danube at Zimnitza, a Rome wireless message slates that all the Danube bridges have been destroyed, including that at Cernavoda. The Danube is Hooded. The population of Dobrudja is without food, [Zimnitza Is on the Danube, where it flows east, between Rumania and Bulgaria. It is 3"> miles west of lUistchuk.]
