PRIVATE J. J. KAVAXAGH. Priviite James Joseph Kavanagh (suffering From shell shuck) is the eldest son of Mr P. Kavanagh. Enniscorlhv, County Wexford, Ireland, and brother of Miss A. F. Kavanagli,
of Cashel Street, Christchurch, and Miss A. Kavanagli, of Hackthorne Road, Cashmere. Prior to enlisting in the 14th Reinforcement he was engaged in farming at Darfield. PRIVATE P. MILNE. News has been received of the death of Private Percy Milne, of Riverton, previously reported dangerously wounded. He left New Zealand with the Cycling Corps, 12th Reinforcement. He was born at
Sydenham, and educated at the Sydenham School. After leaving school he was an apprentice to the late G. G. Stead's stables. Prior to leaving with the forces he was a wellknown jockey in Southland, where he was very popular. His wife is now residing with his mother at 0 Batlersea Street, Sydenham.
