A WINE SELLER FINED. Prrs.\ A ssociation AUCKLAND, November 9. Iu the Police Court to-day Thomas Dawson Smith, a licensee, in connection with Header's Wine Shop was fined £lO, on charges relating to breaches of the Licensing Act. The connection arose out of orders for wine received in Grey Lynn, a no license area, by a canvasser employed by the firm. The canvasser. Harrv Parrv. was fined £2.
