Australian States, South Africa, the East, etc. .. 0.0 G. 30 7.23 Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji 6.0 6.30 7.23 Mails for Expeditionary Forces abroad close on the day previous to the dl.'.patch of ordinary letter mails. The malls which left New Zealand on September 15 arrived in London on October 22.
