LYTTELTON BRANCH. Donations were received from the following by the Lyttelton Red Cross Branch during October: —Mesdames Whitford, Cleary, J. Smith, Stenson. and Jhwin, Misses X. Andrews. Gooding, and A. M. Henderson, the Pigeon Bay Sewing Guild, the Men's Bandage Brigade, and £o :>/■ from the Oddfellows' Lodge, Lyttelton. The following articles have been sent to the C'hristchurch Depot: —33 vests, 19 pairs socks, 8 underpants, 9 scarves, 28 bed coats, 2<> pyjamas, 8 bundles knitted face cloths, 7 do/en face cloths (towel), 33 pillowcases, 44 dozeu and 5 handkerchiefs, 2 balaclavas. 1 pair bed socks, S treasure bags, 1 dozen limb cushion covers. 40 pyjania girdles. 20 sets pyjamas, 20 bed coats, 19 vests, 8 dozen and 10 pillowcases, 7 face cloths rtowel), IS pyjama girdles, 2 bundles knitted face cloths, 12i dozen handkerchiefs, 9 pairs socks, 11 pairs underpants, 1 body belt, 2 balaclavas, 3 scarves, 2 pairs slippers, 2 pairs bed socks, 9 treasure bags. 2J dozen limb cushion covers, ti collars, 1 bundle liuen, anil 1 box bandages.
