A report comes from Louissville, Kentucky, that a broken rail, evidently designed to wreck Judge Hughes's, the Presidential candidate, special train, was discovered near Big Sandy River a few moments before the train reached the spot. A plot on Judge Hughes's life is suspected, as the fracture was obviouslv not accidental.
