THE TOWN STRONGLY OCCUPIED BY THE ENEMY FORCES High Commissioner's Cable. LONDON, October 12 (1.45 p.m.). A British official report, states:—On the Struma front our Mounted Brigade cleared the country in the vicinity of Seres. They found the town to he strongly occupied.
