It has been reported to the police tha the seaman on the Tuata, named J. t Tonkin, son of the iate Captain Tonkir who has been missing, was seen on Wed nesday* night. He was somewhat iU‘ spondent, and a rather heavy drinker but appeared to be able to look aftr himself. The police are dragging th river.
