MILITARY FUNERAL.
LATE PRIVATE "WILLIAM BRYCE CHAMBERLAIN. A very largely-attended military funeral was accorded the remains of Private Bryce Chamberlain, at the Brookside Cemetery this morning. A group of soldiers, and an escort of mounted troops also attended. A firing party, consisting of mounted troops of the C.Y.C., fired three volleys at the graveside, and "The Last Post" was sounded. Officers in attendance included Major Overton, Lieut. Livingstone, Captain Nicholas, and Staff Sergt.Majors Stewart, Heald, and Gabriel. The pall-bearers were members of the C.Y.C.
