M. SAZONOFF RESIGNS. PETROGRAD, July 2.3. M. Sazonoff, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has resigned, and has been succeeded by M. Stunner, who retains Ihc Premiership. M. Khvostoff has been .appointed Minister of the Interior, and M. Makaroff Minister of Justice.
