NOT REQUIRED FOR ELEPHANT ISLAND. WILL REMAIN IN NEW ZEALAND FILL SEPTEMBER. [From our own Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, July 21. The Government has received instruetions that the Antarctic ship Aurora will not now require to go to Elephant Island. Sir E.
