THE AURORA.
NOT REQUIRED FOR ELEPHANT ISLAND. WILL REMAIN IN NEW ZEALAND FILL SEPTEMBER. [From our own Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, July 21. The Government has received instruetions that the Antarctic ship Aurora will not now require to go to Elephant Island. Sir E. Shacklelon is now on his way there, and, in addition, the Imperial Government has almost completed arrangements for another relief ship. It is likely that the Aurora will remain in New Zealand till September, when she will proceed to the Ross Sea.
