A WOMAN DOCTOR DECORATED.
Dr Isobel Ormiston recently returned from Egypt, w r here she has been spending the winter, and after a few days in Londin left for Limoges to take up a post at one of the military hospitals, states a correspondent in the ''BritishAustralasian.'' At the outbreak of war she went over to Belgium to look after the wounded, and after having distinguished herself by her courage and devotion to her patie7its, she was made a prisoner of war by the Germans at Osteinl, and after only a short detention she was permitted to go to Holland. She then spent several months at a Belgian field hospital, after which she was sent by the Wounded Allies' Belief Committee to Montenegro, where she worked in the typhus-stricken districts. For these latter services she has been awarded the Montenegrin Red Cross and the Order of Danilo by the King of Montenegro.
