WAR SPECIAL THE MEXICAN WAE. WASHINGTON, June 1!>. The Mexican Government in Yucatan has declared war on the United States, and has ordered aLI Americans to leave Mexico. There has been some fighting between the crew of an American gunboat and the Carranzistas at Mazatlan. The United States has called out the States, Militia, numbering 100,000 men and 50,000 Regulars. All the troops ■which the United States is able to spare are now on the Mexican border. There is great excitement throughout Mexico against the Americans. The United States expeditions "which have been chasing the Villa bandits have been recalled.
