FOREIGN MINISTERS LEAVE FOR SWITZERLAND BRAZILIAN AMBASSADOR REMOVES HIS FAMILY. (Received May 8. 9.15 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, May 7. The Brazilian Minister at Berlin, and other Ministers have gone with their families to Switzerland, owing to the exorbitant prices of food, especially milk and eggs. SERIOUS RIOTS IN CITY AND SUBURBS. CROWDS ATTEMPT TO WRECK BUTCHERS' SHOPS. (Received May 8, 10,1.") a.m.) AMSTERDAM, May 7. There have been serious riots at Berlin. Butchers were concealing meat and refusing to sell it. Officials made a search, which revealed large quantities, and these were forthwith sold publicly. The shops were then closed, but crowds endeavoured to wreck the premises. The greatest disturbances occurred at Wilmersdorf (a village three miles out of Berlin). The military were called out, and traffic Avas suspended for some hours.
