THE PENSIONS BOARD.
SEVERAL CASES REVIEWED. Press Association. WELLINGTON, December 3. The War Pensions Board has concluded its weekly sittings. Fifty-four applications were dealt with, 20 being from soldiers and 34 from dependents. Nine soldiers were granted pensions averaging £(3O a year, and eight were granted allowances totalling £231. Three were adjourned. Thirty-three defenders w r ere granted pensions averaging £37. One application w r as declined. Five cases were reviewed, and their aggregate annual pensions increased by £137.
