THE KAISER'S VISIT. DISSENSIONS REGARDING POLAND. (Received December 2, 9 a.m.) LONDON, December 1: The "Daily Mail's" correspondent at Rome says that the Kaiser's visit to Vienna was due to acute AustroGerman dissensions, chiefly on questions relating to Poland.
RUMOUR OF SEPARATE PEACE. IMPORTANT CHANGES IN CABINET. LONDON, November 30. The Paris newspapers say that important changes in the Austrian Cabinet have been decided on. The Rome newspaper "Tribuna" publishes a remarkable statement that Austria is attempting to conclude a separate peace. There is no confirmation of the statement. . [An official message from Vienna yesterday stated that the Kaiser paid a visit 'to the Emperor Francis Joseph, and that he gave an audience to Baron Buriau, Minister of Foreign Affairs for Austria-Hungary, Count Stuergkh, Premier of Austria, and Count Tisza, President of the Hungarian Council.]
