SERBS RETIRE IN GOOD ORDER. FRONTIER BRUSHES BETWEEN BULGARS AND TURKS. (Received December 3, 8.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 30. A Bulgarian communique states: —We have occupied the eastern Serbian position on the Prilep-Monastir Road. SALONICA, November 30. The civil'authorities abandoned Monastir on Saturday. It is reported that the Austro : German from Mitrovitza have joined up with the Bulgarians and are advancing on Monastir, where only 20 gendarmes and three .army officers remain. The Serbians are retreating in good order. News from Sofia of the assembling of Turkish troops at Thrace is viewed askance. . Various frontier incidents are already reported between Bulgars and Turks.
