THE PRICE OF NEUTRALITY. RUMOURED CONCESSION AFTER THE WAR. '' Times *' and J' Sydney Sun'' Services. (Received December 1, 8 a.m.) LONDON, November 30. Copenhagen reports state that rumours of the return of Schleswig to Denmark, as a post war payment fop neutrality, lftis produced, in Germany, a proclamation to the effect that the military position does not facilitate speculation as to Germany's ability to give away anything. It is Unfair to suppose that Denmark's neutrality could be bought.
