The "Daily Telegraph's" Salonica correspondent confirms the statement that General von Mackensen recently dispatched an envoy to the Serbian Crown Prince at Prizrend, offering an armistice, with a view to peace negotiations. Germany was to cede to Bulgaria the north-east-ern corner of Serbia, also Serbian Macedonia. The Crown Prince summarily rejected the proposal.
