INVALIDED SOLDIERS.

DEPUTATION TO PRIME MINISTER Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 25. A deputation of invalided soldiers [ waited on the Hon. W. F. Massey to- ' day to state certain grievances. They ' t said they had been given leave and [ ordered to 'report themselves for medical examination on December 1 29. They asked:— (1) That they should be given railway passes to visit their rela-, tives. (2) They should be allowed a change of underclothing and uniform. (3) That they should receive a ration allowance. They said that they only possessed the clothes in which they stood, and had to maintain themselves on their military pay. The soldiers stated subsequently that they received a sympathetic hearing from the Prime Minister.
