DERFFLINGER REPORTED SUNK. ANOTHER MINE VICTIM. ROTTERDAM, November 25. There are persistent reports that the German battle-cruiser Derfflinger •was sunk by a mine in the Baltic. Thirty-three of her crew were drowned., ,[Thc Dcril'linger, a-'battle-cruiser 0J'28,000 tons 'displacement and 27 knots speed, was launched in 1913, and completed shortly alter the war started. She was said to have been seriously damaged in the action in the North Sea on "January 24, -when the Blucher was . sunk. Another flotilla of British, submarines is at the entrance to the Sound, awaiting the first fog for an opportunity to slip into the Baltic.
