LODGE MEETINGS.
OAK OF SYDENHAM. The half-yearly summoned meeting of the TJ.A.O.D., Oak of Sydenham Lodge, No. 15, was held i.n the Friendly Societies ' Hall, Hazeldean Road, A.D. Bros. Culley presiding. The board's report was received, and sick pay was passed for payment. A motion of sympathy and condolence was passed to the relatives of Bros. Duckworth and Mortimer. Bro. Stan. Stephens and Roy Weir were congratulated on being accepted for active service. Nomination of officers resulted as follows:—A.D., Bro. C. Hole; V.A., Bro. Bearne and McKeniia; secretary, Bro. Cameron; treasurer, Bro. J. Betts; 1.G., Bro. Campbell; 0.0., Bro. Philpott; A.D. Bards, Bros. Hulbert and Ellis; V.A., Bards, Bros. J. Woods, Bearne, and McKenua; minute secretary, Bro. Edmond; auditor, Bro. J. H. Wear; Grand Lodge representatives, Bros. Hulbert, Cameron, Hole, and Philpott. One candidate was initiated during the evening. A visitor was P.A. Bro. Glcdhill, of the Pioneer Lodge.
