SUBMARINES FOR TURKEY.
PARTS PASSING THROUGH BULGARIA. (Received November 22, 10.5 a.m.) GENEVA, November 21. Bulgarian reports state that many German submarines are passing towards Turkey to German workshops at Rodosto, where they will be refitted. Rodosto is a - town on the shores of 'the Sea of Marmora, 60 miles northeast of Gnllipoli. >
