MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

TO-DAY'S CASES. Messrs G. P. Agar and H. Crowtlier, J.P.'s, presided over a sitting of the Magistrate's Court this morning. DRUNKENNESS. Three male first offenders, for drunkenness, were fined the customary amount. BY-LAW BREACHES. Penalties were inflicted as follow for various by-law breaches:— Hugh Brown, pay costs; Henry McCreanor, 5/- and costs; M. J.
