The Arbitration £oqrt ,has '.'delivered ■judgment in the claim for compensation against. the East Coast Rabbit Board, lodged by the widow of a rabbiter, who was killed by a fall over, a'cliff on New Year 's Day," whilst engaged in hunting goats to provide food for his dogs. The defence urged that the day being a holiday, the accident arose outside the ?*cope of deceased's employment. ' The court held that the accident did arise out of his employment, and judgment was given for the amount- claimed (£512), with costs.
