.SCOW AND BARQUE. I'n'xx Ax.sociation. AUCKLAND, July 28. The nautical enquiry into the collision between the barque Hazel Craig and Mm scow Combine is still proceeding, but, with the consent of all counsel, the court intimated that Captain Hudson (master) and Maoguinuess, mate of the Hazel Craig, were dismissed from the suit, and had their certificates returned, the Magistrate stating that the court was satisfied that they were capable and efficient officers, .fudging by their conduct, they were nowise iu fault.
