WOMEN DOCTORS.
Dr Elizabeth Reinecke, who was recently appointed by the German War Office to the position of Army doctor, has been given charge of a military hospital, wearing the uniform of her rank. In this connection the feminist movement in Russia is still more apparent, the women army doctors even being sent to the front. The only restriction that exists lies in the matter of the percentage of female to male doctor* the former not exceeding 50 per cent. ~ 11 U. '
