PAYMENT OF OFFICERS. Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 26. The Arbitration Court was to-day occupied with the Merchant Service Guild dispute in relation to wages and conof work of masters and officers. The bench was occupied by Mr Justice Stringer, with Mr E. F. Duthie (assessor for the employers) and Mr «J. A. McCullough (for the employees). Captain I). J. Watson appeared for the guild, and Mr W. Pry or for the employers. After hearing the parties the court reserved its decision.
