The transfer olGerman troops to the CracoAv region and the Carpathians is daily .assuming larger proportions. The troops include Bavarian and Landsturm formations of neAvly trained men. The Germans are denuding the Narew : 'region of all units that can be spared, with which they are plugging dangerous holes in the Carpathians, and which they are replacing with heavy artillery.
