The attitude of the new Government is one of staunch adherence'to the trijennial law, and it will devote its energies to the' solution of the financial •problem in order to restore the confidence of the country. : The Socialists and Radicals are inidignant at being outwitted by M. Ribot, [who is assured of a great rally of moderate Republicans.
