The Duma, by 166 votes to 69, approved of a Bill.granting immunity to members. • - J ■ It will discuss, on Friday, a credit of £12,000,000 for the construction of three Dreadnoughts, two cruisers, eight destroyers,, and six submarines for the Black Sea, as a counterpoise to Turkey's naval activity.
