EIGHT LIVES LOST.
DYNAMITE MAGAZINE EXPLODES. By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. (Received May 6, 11.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 5. The explosion of a dynamite magazine at Panama killed eight firemen and spectators, and injured nineteen others. A bush fire which was unobserved entered the magazine, and when the firemen sought to extinguish it the explosion happened. Two spectators were torn to pieces by the explosion.
