A deputation of members of the Mount Herbert County Council waited upon the Lytteltou Harbour Board today, to urge the reduction or abolition of charges on Charteris Bay and other outlying jetties. It was contended that the board's charges were unreasonable. The matter was referred to the Harbour Improvements Committee.
