Four men, described as most mis- j 1 ehievous hoarders of silver coins, were ! - shot during last month by order of the Ogpu (Secret Police) and others have been Imprisoned in a- concentration camp for various terms. The official Tubs Agency explains that the Ogpu discovered that the buying and hoarding of silver coins was mostly done by counter-revolutionaries who wished to disorganise the development of socialistic reconstruction and undermine the credit of the Soviet and its nionetary system.
