ADDRESS TO ASSEMBLY AT GENEVA GESTURE FOR PEACE Reed. 11.10 a.m. GENEVA. Monday. Mr. J. A. Brennan (Australia) was? the first speaker to take the rostrum and continue the general debate at the League o£ Nations Assembly today. His good voice was heard throughout the building. Under the new system oC simultaneous translation by which the interpreters’ voices reach tt;e audience by means of ear-phones in whatever language is desired, his speech was translated into French during its actual delivery.
